SoluGuard® Multi-Surface Biocide should be applied in dry weather – ideally when no rain is forecast for the next 24 hours.
Apply 1 litre of product per 2 – 20 m2 of surface — one 5 litre unit can cover between 10 – 100 m2. The coverage will vary depending upon the overall porosity of the substrate to be treated. As a guide for materials such as masonry and patios an application rate of 2 – 10 m2 per litre can be expected.
The masonry should be brushed to remove any debris before the SoluGuard® Multi-Surface Biocide is sprayed. For best results, leave the product on the treated surface and clean off after 72 hours using clean water, where appropriate a pressure washer can be used. This will remove deposits of dead biological growth from the treated surface.
The product can be reapplied as necessary, depending on the severity of the biological growth.
