LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Warranty Coverage
1.1 Scope of Warranty
This limited warranty is issued by Safeguard Europe Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the Dryzone® Dehumidifier & Air Purifier (the “Product”) under normal residential use.
1.2 Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is one (1) years from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”), unless otherwise required by local law. You must retain the original sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase to verify the Product’s warranty eligibility date.
1.3 Who Is Covered
This warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the Product as a gift, and only within the country where the Product was originally purchased from an authorised retailer or distributor.
Warranty Claims & Process
2.1 Covered Defects
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the Product that is attributable to faulty materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product of equivalent functionality, or (iii) provide a refund of the original purchase price.

Warranty Service Outside the Original Country of Purchase
Warranty service may be restricted or unavailable if you seek service outside the country where the Product was purchased, due to differences in voltage, standards, or logistics support.
No Other Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Safeguard Europe Limited. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, if applicable, are limited in duration to the Warranty Period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty affects or reduces your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
