Orders placed by 2:30pm on Wednesday 1 April will be delivered on Thursday 2 April.
Orders placed after 2:30pm on Wednesday 1 April and by 2:30pm on Thursday 2 April will be delivered on Tuesday 7 April.
Orders placed after 2:30pm on Thursday 2 April will be collected on Tuesday 7 April and delivered on Wednesday 8 April.
Standard deliveries resume Tuesday 7 April.
We dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same working day. Please note: orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within this time period, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
We'll email you an initial order confirmation, then keep in touch with regular updates until the delivery reaches you. If you have not received your order within the chosen delivery timescale, please contact us so we can solve the issue.
We work with DPD, Royal Mail, APC Overnight and a range of pallet carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are unable to assign a courier company before an order is placed. Your assigned courier company will contact you for shipment tracking purposes.
Please note that we are unable to change delivery address once the order has been placed. You can pick a different address to your billing address during the checkout process.
