We dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same working day. Please note: orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within this time period, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
We'll email you an initial order confirmation, then keep in touch with regular updates until the delivery reaches you. If you have not received your order within the chosen delivery timescale, please contact us so we can solve the issue.
We work with DPD, Royal Mail, APC Overnight and a range of pallet carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are unable to assign a courier company before an order is placed. Your assigned courier company will contact you for shipment tracking purposes.
Please note that we are unable to change delivery address once the order has been placed. You can pick a different address to your billing address during the checkout process.

'Before 10:30 AM' and 'Before 12:00 PM' delivery options will be limited and are subject to carrier and local depot restrictions. Please check availability when you place an order.
If you are requesting delivery to a site address or to your own customers, please ensure we have the correct contact details and that someone remains on site for the full day of expected delivery.
