The 4″ (100 mm) Dryzone Humidistat Timer Pullcord Fan is specifically designed to extract damp air from domestic wet rooms. The humidity sensor turns the fan on automatically when the relative humidity (dampness) of the air reaches a level that could cause condensation problems.
It can also be used in basement waterproofing projects to help control relative humidity (RH) in order to help achieve a Grade 3 environment to BS8102:2009.
