Dryzone Telescopic Passive Wall Vent improves air quality in habitable rooms and helps manage condensation and mould. Fit it on an external wall near the ceiling above head height. No wiring required. The telescopic duct fits walls up to 500 mm, so one model covers most properties. It's easy to set your chosen airflow with the internal adjustable iris shutter and slider. With no mechanical parts, operation is silent and maintenance is simple; just periodically clean the vent and filter.
Note: The equivalent area (as defined in the Building Regulations 2010: Approved Document F: 2021: Volume 1 - Dwellings) is a measure of the aerodynamic performance of a ventilator.
It is the area of a sharp-edged circular orifice through which air would pass at the same volume flow rate, under an identical applied pressure difference, as through the opening under consideration.
