5.5 mm × 160 mm SDS masonry drill bit specifically selected for drilling holes in masonry in for the installation of plasterboard. Drills 5.5 mm diameter holes for fixing plasterboard to the wall with Dryzone System Positioning Plugs.

12 mm × 300 mm

12 x 300 mm SDS masonry drill bit specifically selected for drilling holes in mortar courses as part of a rising damp treatment. Drills 12 mm diameter holes for filling with Dryzone Damp-Proofing Cream or inserting Dryrod Damp-Proofing Rods. The 300 mm depth allows walls of up to 9-inches thick to be comfortably drilled.

Hi, I have a 340mm deep wall on a Vicorian house and want to use Dryrods. I can use 1.5 rods per hole and buy a longer 12mm drill but I do not know how to clear the hole of debris as your tool only seems to be for 180mm holes. What would you advise?

Thank you for your question. In this instance we would recommend trying to use a high powered hoover to help remove any debris.
