Ideal for homeowners, builders and contractors, this bundle ensures quick and easy damp-proofing installation.

Launched in 2000, the original patented Dryzone Damp-Proofing Cream is the best-selling rising damp treatment in the UK. Applied via DPC injection, this cream spreads along the mortar bed, creating a durable damp-proof course that prevents further rising damp. Its simple application and effectiveness in various conditions make it a reliable choice for long-term damp-proofing. Coverage varies with wall thickness for each 600ml cartridge.

The Dryzone Applicator Gun is tailored for use with Dryzone DPC Cream 600ml foil cartridges. This applicator gun is perfect for precise and efficient DPC injection. Simply insert the foil cartridge, cut the end, and screw the nozzle cap back on. Fully insert the nozzle into each drilled hole and inject the cream while withdrawing the nozzle at a steady rate. This process guarantees a consistent application.

Customer Questions

Ian Anderson

Hi at Safeguard
I am looking to use Dry-rod Cream DPC into an old Sandstone House in reading through your information sheet the advice provided indicates to drill holes into existing mortar joint, I am looking to drill my holes 150mm above ground level Sandstone into existing Sandstone shall the Dry-rod Cream still perform and create a DPC barrier the top of the Sandstone is above existing floor level hence the holes drilled into Sandstone ??? Many Thanks at Safeguard Ian Anderson

Safeguard Europe

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can - but there are a few other things to consider. I've emailed you a comprehensive answer from our technical team.

Chris Crowe

How long is the injection nozzle? My walls are 480mm thick.

Safeguard Europe

Hi Chris,

the extension nozzle is 300 mm long.

Thanks for your question,

Safeguard Europe

What do I do if my Dryzone Applicator Gun leaks at the nozzle?

Safeguard Europe

Screw the nozzle down until about 10-12mm remains visible.

Consider applying PTFE tape to the threads to further reduce leakage.
