Drybase TS-PLUS Polymer Enhanced Tanking Kit is a polymer enhanced cementitious tanking kit that locks out water in basements, cellars, foundations and retaining walls. The two-part slurry bonds hard to concrete and masonry, resists salt efflorescence and can handle up to 5 bar hydrostatic pressure.

Apply by brush, trowel or suitable spray for active or passive waterproofing, inside or out.

Each kit delivers two coats with typical coverage of 2 to 2.5 m² for pressureless water or 1.75 to 2.5 m² where water pressure is present, and it conforms to BS 8102:2022 (Protection of Below Ground Structures Against Water Ingress) as a polymer cement coating for Type A shallow basement structures.
