The device will automatically go into standby mode when the water tank is full or not installed properly - All buttons will be disabled (except the power button).
After emptying the tank and reinstalling, the device will return to the previous mode being used.

how long is the warranty

Does the hepa filter need replacing? Where do I buy them from?

The HEPA filter should be cleaned every two weeks to ensure optimum performance. Replacement HEPA filters will be available direct from us soon!
