Roxil Patio Cream
Roxil Patio Cream is a silicone cream emulsion that weatherproofs patios and paved surfaces for 10+ years [1] with a single coat. The powerful cream bonds with the patio or paving slab surface and deposits a ‘locked-in’ biocide that significantly reduces surface mould and algae growth.
The treatment does not change the natural appearance or texture of the patio or paving surface. It stops the growth of ingrained lichens and makes it possible to use non-destructive soft cleaning methods. A Roxil-treated patio requires less maintenance and lasts longer than an untreated patio.
Moss, lichen & algae growth
Moss, lichen and black algae growth makes patios look tired and dirty. Deep-rooted lichens in particular can be very difficult to remove.
Roxil Patio Cream penetrates into patios and paving surfaces to form a waterproof barrier infused with biocide. The result? Dramatically reduced biological growth.
Soft washing for longer life
Porous patio and paving materials get dirty very quickly. The stubborn nature of ingrained dirt on patios causes us to reach for the pressure washer.
Don’t!
Pressure washing causes significant damage to patios and paving slabs and can totally destroy the mortar joints between them. A Roxil-treated patio or paved surface resists ingrained dirt and biological growth. The treated surface can be easily cleaned with the effective and non-destructive Roxil Wood & Patio Cleaner.
Retain natural appearance
Traditional patio and paving preservers often dramatically change how the surface looks. Many competing products leave a sheen or ‘wet-look’ that can be undesirable.
Roxil Patio Cream’s unique formula creates an invisible waterproof barrier to retain your patio’s natural beauty.
How to apply Roxil Patio Cream
[1] Based on accelerated QUV ageing and good maintenance. Regular timber maintenance improves treatment lifetime. Initial water beading may fade with time. Water repellency remains for 10+ years.
