CPD Webinar - Youtube Live
Duration: 1 hour
Since 2016, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for Landlords have been in place. These standards state minimum allowable energy-efficiency standards for privately rented properties. As of the 1st April 2020, it is a requirement that any property being privately rented must have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of E or above to be lawful, regardless of the status of any current rental contracts.
This webinar session has been put together to help landlords to navigate the complex task of upgrading their property.
